SENIOR PORTRAITS

Let's start with a list of what I don't offer. Standard. Common. Tried and True.

Half of your friends probably have the same photos. It shows them sitting on those steps, the same steps as everyone else has sat on to be photographed. Or standing in that doorway that the photographer takes everyone to.

I'll create a custom shoot just for you! I thrive on new shooting locations, cutting edge techniques and creating senior portraits that leap from the crowd. You'll end up with photos you love, a bunch that your parents will cherish and tons that your friends will drool over!

I work to be different from other senior portrait photographers! My prices aren't confusing. The photos I give you for Facebook are not slathered with my name across the middle of the photo. You get a full screen slide show to share with friends.

What makes us stand apart from others:

Photo shoots customized for you rather than based on what is easiest for me.
Creative and interesting styles. Edgy if you want. Definitely not boring!
I provide Facebook and email images that don't have my logo slathered all over them.
You will know up-front what your total costs will be, rather than learning the details when it comes time to pick photos and order prints.
You get to select your photos online, from your own home. No pressured face-to-face meetings where you have to make quick choices.
When you review photos with many photographers you see un-touched images. Thus you don't know how the final photo will look until after you order it. I will fully process and digitally airbrush (touch-up) every image you see. Thus you know what you are getting, up front.
All of my packages include a full-screen slide show with music (see examples below).
You get to pick your own print quantities and sizes to create your own package.

Client Examples

It's easy to hand pick only the "best of the best" photos, from many shoots, and put them on the website. But those are the best, not the norm! Let me show you a couple of actual client examples.

Example #1: Jay - Jay is a 2011 Rocklin HS grad who wanted edgy urban images. Moody. Thought provoking. Contemplative. I love it! His mom supported that, but also wanted us to get some nature shots. No problem! We created a couple of shooting sessions to do this.

Example #2: Leslie - Leslie is a 2011 Oak Ridge HS grad, and she likes vibrant colors! Like Jay, she also wanted urban settings mixed with some nature shots. Unlike Jay, she wanted a softer, prettier and more feminine feel to the urban images. I get that! Totally. Leslie's mom also wanted some more traditional poses with a nature background. Got it!

Pricing (some call it"investment," but we all know it's the price!)

Some photographers advertise a low up-front session fee, but then make their real profit with high print prices. Often they don't advertise pricing for those prints. Without ordering the separate high-priced prints, however, you get nothing! Thus that up front "low price" is worth just about nothing to you!

Alternatively, I offer all inclusive packages that include the photo session, prints, a slide show and digital images. You know what you are getting, up front.

Package A - $500

Pre-shoot consultation
1-hour photo session
Travel to a Sacramento and foothill area destination of your choice
Typically around 20 to 30 fully processed and digitally airbrushed (touched up) images for you to review and choose from
You receive 10 Facebook sized digital low-resolution images
You get access to a 10-image full-screen slide show with music
You get 10 photo print points (see details below to build your own package)

Package B - $800

Pre-shoot consultation
2-hour photo session
Travel to a Sacramento and foothill area destination of your choice
Typically around 25 to 35 fully processed and digitally airbrushed (touched up) images for you to review and choose from
You receive 20 Facebook sized digital low-resolution images
You get access to a 20-image slide show with music, hosted online by me
You get a 7"x7" hardbound photo book with 20 images
You get 20 photo print points (see details below to build your own package)

Package C - $1400

Pre-shoot consultation
2 separate 90-minute photo sessions at 2 locations
Travel to a Sacramento and foothill area destinations of your choice
Typically around 40 to 50 fully processed and digitally airbrushed (touched up) images for you to review and choose from
You receive 40 Facebook sized digital low-resolution images
You get access to a 40-image slide show with music, hosted online by me
You get a 7"x7" hardbound photo book with 40 images
You get 50 photo print points (see details below to build your own package)
