Before entering the resale luxury real estate market my background was photographing homes for larger firms.  I have provided thousands of high-resolution photos of homes for respected companies like Pulte Homes and Taylor-Morrison, media firms like Better Homes & Gardens and Home & Garden Television... HGTV, and commercial firms, like Red Hawk Casino.  These firms want a high level of professional photography services, and have budgets to pay for it.

In early 2009 I learned that the higher end of the real estate resale market in Northern California was being under served.  Some $2 million-plus homes were on the market using photos taken in just an hour, or two. Real estate photographers who offer these services "starting at $XX" (any amount under $100) are ideally suited for the bulk of the resale market.  However, many don't have the equipment, knowledge and experience needed to provide photos to meet the higher needs of breathtaking high-end estate properties.  Those are the services I offer. 

For the luxury estate resale market my services are used by those who want a home to look it's absolute best on a website, flyer and brochure. My fees start at $300, but most clients are paying me for services above that.  My clients are agents and homeowners who have a breathtaking property that needs photos to match the uncompromising quality of the home.

I am also a talented graphic and web designer.  I can deliver a high-end property website, property brochure, along with breathtaking photography.

Based in El Dorado Hills, California, I serve all of Northern California, including Sacramento and surrounding communities, as well as the San Francisco Bay Area.
